Problem
The towers required a CR11 structural compliance assessment: a stamped view of condition and duty-holder evidence, not a visual walk-around.

Result
Compliance report issued for the four towers. The same method is the basis for larger fleet work. Client name of the OEM is withheld pending permission to cite.
